Qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 (PCQI)
Angie Watson of The ISO Specialists is a qualified ISO Standards Lead Auditor, registered by the CQI (Chartered Quality Institute) at Practitioner level.
She works in-house with Cumbrian businesses to help them establish their management systems and ensure they are fit for purpose and fully compliant, but as an ISO Standards Lead Auditor, Angie is also available to go into companies as an auditor of their systems.
As such, her services are available to accreditation bodies and their audit teams who are dealing with companies in and around Cumbria. She can also bring that auditor perspective into your organisation ahead of an official audit, picking up on the final tweaks and resolving issues before the auditors arrive.

I see myself as the Driving Instructor rather than the Test Centre examiner but my qualification as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 means that I can also see your systems from an auditor’s perspective. Making management systems simple is one aspect of what I do. Developing and testing good, robust systems is a speciality too.
